Our Wedding Ceremony (3pm) will be celebrated at
Sts. Philip and James Church in St. James, New York, U.S.A.
Festivities will follow (5pm) at our adult reception at
The Old Field Club.

Numbers 1,2, & 3 are the closest to the church and reception location.
Numbers 3, 4, 5 and 7 are on busy roads.
Number 1 is in a quaint Village and by a marina; has a reasonably good restaurant.

- directions to Sts. Philip and James Church [last mile] - From North Country Road (Route 25A), turn onto Carow Place and park in parking lot, in front of large modern church.
- map from ceremony to reception site - Directions: Get back onto North Country Road (25A) by turning right, to head East. Be careful to follow Rt 25A signs. (At red Carriage House which is on your right, be sure to turn right at that light.) About 1/2 mile ahead you will reach Stony Brook Train Station. Turn right onto Quaker Path Road. Bear left onto Mt. Grey Road and then turn left on W. Meadow Road.

- From MANHATTAN - via NORTHERN STATE:
Midtown Tunnel to 495 East (Long Island Expressway) to signs for Grand Central Parkway East.
Grand Central Parkway becomes Northern State Parkway. Northern State East for 30 miles to end. Merge with Route 454 in Hauppauge. Route 454 East for 3 miles - bear left at 347 East (Nesconset Highway) for 8 miles. Left on Route 112 North to Port Jefferson. Right at blinker light on Main Street/harbor - bear right.
Danfords is on the left next to ferry. - From LAGUARDIA AIRPORT:
Follow the above on Grand Central Parkway to Northern State Parkway. - From MANHATTAN - via LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY:
Midtown Tunnel to 495 East (Long Island Expressway) to Exit 62 North (County Road 97/Nichols Rd). Follow County Road 97 North, 8 miles to end-passing Suny @ Stony Brook. At the very end, bear right after the overhead railroad bridge onto Route 25A East. Travel through Setauket, then into Port Jefferson. Danfords is on the left just after the ferry. - From KENNEDY AIRPORT:
Follow Belt Parkway to Southern State Parkway East to Sagtikos Parkway North.
Get on Long Island Expressway (495) East and follow directions above. - From ISLIP-MACARTHUR AIRPORT:
When exiting the airport, turn left at the first traffic light onto Route 454. Continue on Route 454 following signs for Sunrise Highway (Route 27). Stay on the service road and exit at sign for Nichols Road North (Route 97). Continue on Route 97, North to the very end of the road. This sould take about 15 minutes.
Once you pass under the train tressel, you will bear right onto Route 25A heading East. Stay on Route 25A passing throught the town of Setauket to Port Jefferson.
Once in Port Jefferson you will see the Port Jefferson/Bridgeport ferry on your left hand side. Continue straight passing the ferry, and Danford's Inn is immediately on the left.
- LaGuardia to Holiday Inn(HI):
Take Grand Central Parkway east to the Northern State Parkway east. Follow
Northern State Parkway to the end which will join with Veterans Memorial
Highway (454) and then join again with another road to become Route 347. Stay
on Route 347, heading east.You will pass Smithhaven Mall on your right and
eventually go over Nicholl's Road. Within ½ mile of that light you will see
Holiday Inn Express on the right.
- Directions from Holiday Inn...
- ...to Kenneys:
Leave HI and turn right traveling east on Route 347. Immediately get into
left lane and make a U turn as soon as it is legal. Travel west on 347
passing across Nicholls Rd. After the Nicholl's Rd. intersection, count 4
more lights and get into right lane(Stony Brook Rd, Hallock Rd at Friendlies,
road to Mall and Border's parking lot and finally the 4th light at Moriches
Rd.) Turn right onto Moriches Road. Travel north passing the St. James
Nursing Home and the St. James Plaza (Lillian Bittman's ; Room 150), over
railroad tracks, across Lake Ave and Route 25A or North Country Rd. Once you
reach the Exxon Station, you have 2 more miles of travel on Moriches road
before reaching Sm,ith Lane. Kenneys' is #9 Smith Lane, the fourth mailbox
on the right..
- ...to Garden Grill:
Leave Hi and turn right traveling east on Route 347. Immediately get into
left lane and make a U turn as soon as legal. Travel west on Route 347
passing across Nicholl's Rd. After the Nicholl's Rd. intersection, count 4
more lights and get into right lane. (Stony Brook Rd., Hallock Rd. at
Friendlies, road to Mall and Border's parking lot and finally the 4th light
at Moriches Rd.) Turn right onto Moriches Rd. Travel north passing nursing
homes on right and across railroad tracks. As you pass through the next
traffic light intersection (Lake Ave), get into left turning lane and turn
left at the very next light onto 25A/Old Country Rd. Travel west going
through a traffic light and under a train tressel. Continue on 25A for
approx. 1 mile and the Garden Grill is on the left.
- ...to Sts. Philip & James Church(SSPJ):
Leave Hi and turn right traveling east on Route 347. Immediately get into
left lane and make a U turn as soon as legal. Travel west on Route 347
passing across Nicholl's Rd. After the Nicholl's Rd. intersection, count 4
more lights and get into right lane. (Stony Brook Rd., Hallock Rd. at
Friendlies, road to Mall and Border's parking lot and finally the 4th light
at Moriches Rd.) Turn right onto Moriches Rd. Travel north passing nursing
homes on right and across railroad tracks. As you pass through the next
traffic light intersection (Lake Ave), get into left turning lane and turn
left at the very next light onto 25A/Old Country Rd. Travel west passing
Episcopal Church on left. The next church is the old SSPJ on the left. Turn
immediately after church onto Carrow St. Take the first right into the
parking lot. The newer SSPJ will be straight ahead on Clinton Avenue.
- ...to Pentimentos:
Leave Hi and turn right traveling east on Route 347. Immediately get into
left lane and make a U turn as soon as legal. Travel west on Route 347 for
about ½ mile. Turn right onto Nicholl's Road North and travel to the very
end which is just beyond an overhead train tressel. * Turn left onto Route
25A and travel through two traffic light. Just before the 3rd light take the
right hand turn-off to Stony Brook Village. ** When you see stores on your
right, take the next turn right and the very next turn right into a parking
lot. The restaurant is at the left end of all these stores.
- ...to Three Village Inn (In case you want to visit another guest):
Follow the above directions to the **. Travel about a mile passing stores on
the right and round a bend with a gas station on the right. The entrance to
the Three Village Inn is on your left.
- ...to Danfords (In case you want to visit other guests):
Follow the directions titled HI to Pentimentoes but only to *. Turn right
onto 25A/ North Country Rd. and travel through East Setauket and down a steep
hill into Port Jefferson. The Bridgeport/PortJefferson Ferry will be on your
left, and Danfords is just beyond.
